DOT Exams
A DOT exam is a health exam required for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
DOT Exams help determine if a driver is fit to operate a CMV from a physical, mental, and emotional standpoint. Needed to maintain a commercial driver’s license (CDL), you can obtain the necessary DOT exam for your profession.
DOT exams $105 by appointment.
We can arrange before opening or after closing hours when pre-arranged by your employer. Our Certified DOT medical examiner has over 20 years of experience doing DOT exams.
Weight Loss

Suturing, lab tests, ear infections, upper respiratory infections, sprains, infections, and minor wounds and more are easily managed through our membership program. Our urgent care services are open to non-members for same day appointments. We are not a walk-in clinic. A same day appointment can be made easily on line or by calling.
